Understanding Microsoft Dynamics 365 Pricing & Licensing When Microsoft released Dynamics 365, they wanted to create a flexible licensing solution that is used and available to every employee within an organization. The licensing allows for mix and match scenarios for each individual user’s role. For example, the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Server 2016 costs around $6,874—at the time of publication, Dynamics CRM 2016 is the latest version. Then, the CRM Professional User CAL 2016 costs around $1,562. If you wanted a Basic User CAL, it would cost around $543. In addition, a Microsoft Dynamics Professional Device CAL 2016 costs around $1,099. Let’s take a look at the total cost of ownership of your new Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution. Software licensing. The first step to an adequately costed implementation is working out the total price of the software itself. Dynamics 365 offers a number of licensing options, depending on which functionality you need, and which apps you want to use. In Microsoft Dynamics 365, there are three customer scopes for sales price trade agreements: Table, Group, and All. The customer scope determines the customers that a given sales price trade agreement applies to. A Table sales price trade agreement is for a single customer that is set directly on the trade agreement.

attribute to determine prices. The value of this attribute affects:

To set the values for the ProductPriceLevel.PricingMethodCode
attribute and the other product price level entity attributes, use the IOrganizationService.Update method, passing an instance of the ProductPriceLevel
class. To set the values for the product attributes, use the methods in the Product
class.
